The Falcon ACLM is an automated machine designed for the deployment and collection of road cones, offering unparalleled performance, reliability, and safety.

Unique cone deployment configurations: the Falcon ACLM is the only system on the market capable of creating various cone deployment configurations without encroaching on side lanes, thanks to its innovative design. This allows operations to be carried out from the rear of the vehicle, even in heavy traffic and confined spaces.

The different modes of cone placement and collection can be configured to meet the specific needs of each site, providing customized and optimized solutions for every situation.

Capacity and Efficiency: equipped with a fully automated system, the Falcon ACLM can manage from 180 to 450 cones, ensuring adequate coverage for any site requirement.

Advanced Technology: featuring a touchscreen control panel, the Falcon ACLM can be operated by a single person, simplifying operations. The automatic tapering function also allows for the creation of moving lanes.

Safety and Reliability: designed for safe and resilient use in all weather conditions (except snow), it minimizes real-time traffic exposure and ensures zero exposure to moving parts. With over 150,000 cones deployed and collected, the Falcon ACLM has been tested and refined to offer maximum reliability.

Versatility and Flexibility: available in sizes XS, S, M, and L, the Falcon ACLM adapts to any site need, thanks also to various operational modes such as continuous deployment, continuous collection, and single placement/collection.

Quality and Innovation: designed, developed, and manufactured in Switzerland, the Falcon ACLM is equipped with a four-camera monitoring system and remote access via GSM network, ensuring total control and timely support for troubleshooting.

Eco-friendly and Economical: equipped with a 48 VDC/180Ah battery, sufficient for approximately 750 cones per cycle, it allows for recharging from the vehicle’s engine upon request.
